FAQ
Pick-up or delivery: All orders placed by Nov. 12 will be available for pick up at the Spiritwear chair's home on Dec. 14th unless you choose the $15 delivery at check out, in which case it will be delivered to the address you supplied.
Returns: There are no returns unless there is a flaw in the product (bad seam, silk screen incorrect, etc). Any flaws must be noted the week you receive the product. Shrinkage is not a flaw, please consider some shrinkage when ordering anything with cotton. If in doubt about the size order the larger size.
Method of payment: Em-Roe uses a secure system but if you prefer you can mail a check to them or drop it off at 7920 Georgetown Road. Check must be received by 11/12/09 to receive your order by Dec.14th.
Why don't the sweats come in youth sizes? Youth sizes have no pockets so we are offering adult xxsmall (comparable to Youth M), xsmall (comparable to Youth L), and small (comparable to Youth XL). My 9 year old son (currently wearing a size 10-12 that fits pretty lose right now) wears an xsmall adult hoodie that is roomy but not huge and will fit for the rest of the year.
Personalizing hoodie: The cost is $10, well worth the cost of replacing it when left at school. The name will run down the arm.
Why is the Under Armour cold gear on the spirit wear site? We did not want to confuse anyone about what is a required uniform purchase so it is not offered with the uniforms. If you wear "cold gear" under your uniform on JV and Varsity it must be black but it does not have to be UNDER ARMOUR brand. We offer it at a great price and conveniece.
Should I buy cold gear? I have three sons who play lax. One son wears shorts to school in the winter the another child wears a coat inside the school. When practice is really cold they all wear the cold gear under their sweats and shorts. The cold child wore his almost through March last year.
How should cold gear fit? Cold gear is meant to be worn fitted, but order larger than you normally would unless you want it skin tight. It does run small.
Do the glove liners and skull cap fit under gloves and helmet? Yes. The gloves are an adult size.
What is the difference between the regular t-shirt and ladies t-shirt? The regular t-shirt has a boxy fit. The ladies fit has an hour glass fit (not tight) with a slightly lower neckline. The ladies fabric has a softer nap.
Why is the women's polo white? It's not, it should be green like the men's picture. Em-roe could not get a green picture in time. Remember the womens polo's do run small.
Do the polo sizes run true? The women's polo runs small. The men's seems to be accurate. Order a larger size if you are unsure.
Will ZLAX spirit wear be offered again? We will have a small sale again at the end of January offering mostly t-shirts and warmer weather items.
